Nazzarena Poli Maramotti
Montecchio Emilia, 1987. Lives and works in Cavriago.
She obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino.
During the 2010/2011 academic year, she took part in the Erasmus project for a one-year period at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Nuremberg. She completed her studies at the same institution, first in the class of Professor Ralph Fleck and later in that of Professor Susanne Kühn.
She has received several awards and recognitions as an artist, including the Premio Mediolanum per la Pittura (2019), the Debütantenförderung from the State of Bavaria (2016), and the Euromobil Under 30 Award (2014).
Her works have been exhibited in Italian and international institutions, including the Triennale di Milano; Palazzo Reale, Milan; Palazzo del Governatore, Parma; Antico Mercato, Syracuse; Museo Civico Medievale, Bologna; MAC, Lissone; Morat Institut, Freiburg im Breisgau; Neues Museum, Nuremberg; and the Kunstverein Nürnberg – Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft, Nuremberg.
