z2o Sara Zanin is pleased to announce in-sectum. raccolte residui sedimenti, a solo exhibition by Michele Guido, held at Spazio Murat in Bari.
The exhibition is the final outcome of Paesaggi Espansi, a curatorial workshop led by Maria Giovanna Mancini and Gianpaolo Cacciottolo, which set out to move beyond the idea of landscape as a simple view and instead investigate it as a political space, a relational device, and a place where artistic practices and participatory dynamics intersect. The selected students then engaged with artist Michele Guido and his practice, working together on an exhibition project that draws on the biological and biomorphic nature of the artist’s works.
What is presented at Spazio Murat is the final result of this process: an experimentation with curatorial formats and exhibition models.
The opening will take place on Friday, November 28, starting at 6:30 pm. Participating in a conversation with the artist will be Paola Romano, Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Bari; Prof. Elisabetta Todisco, Director of the Department of Humanistic Research and Innovation; Prof. Giuliano Volpe; Giusy Ottonelli from Spazio Murat; as well as the curators.
Opening hours
Tuesday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Free admission
The exhibition will remain open until December 3 2025.
