Anna Roberti (Lavenone, 1979) lives and works in Brescia.

Anna Roberti is a naturalist and visual artist whose work merges science, art, and sustainability. After earning a degree in Natural Sciences, she explored the relationship between plants, contemporary design, and social innovation through a Master’s program in “Plant Futures.”
Her artistic research unfolds through the use of natural pigments, which she personally extracts and prepares to create prints and drawings on fabric. She employs techniques such as natural dyeing and eco-printing, integrating them with a method she developed herself—one that blends traditional paper printing processes with pigments and plant elements.
Her works emerge from a slow, meditative practice deeply connected to living matter and the landscape.
Since 2016, she has exhibited in solo and group shows across Italy, including: Miniartextil in Como, Be Natural Be Wild and Frammenti di Natura in Biella, Impronte in Milan, Natura Vaticinans at MO.CA in Brescia, The Last Garden and Nero Fumo in Parma. She has also taken part in artist residencies promoted by cultural institutions such as the Brera Academy and Casa Sponge.
Alongside her artistic production, Anna has been leading workshops and labs for years, focused on the use of natural pigments in museum, educational, and social contexts. She collaborates with institutions such as the Mart in Rovereto, Pirelli HangarBicocca, the Botanical Garden of Bergamo, RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts, and First Reception Centers, promoting a culture of color intimately tied to nature, place, and craftsmanship—in a process that transforms raw materials into pigment.
