z2o Sara Zanin is pleased to announce the presentation of the catalogue Identità oltre confine, following the participation of artists Silvia Camporesi and Marta Roberti in the homonymous project, curated by Benedetta Carpi De Resmini. Launched by the Italian Foreign Ministry to mark the 25th anniversary of its Contemporary Art Collection, it promotes a major touring exhibition across Europe, from 19th June, 2025 to June 2026.
Promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the project comprises three exhibitions realised in collaboration with Cities Art Projects and the Italian Cultural Institutes of Berlin (19 June – 21 July 2025), Vilnius (18 September – 19 October 2025), and Valletta (June 2026).
The event will take place on December 17th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, at the Auditorium of MACRO - Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome, Via Nizza 138.
During the evening, there will be a conversation with Marco Maria Cerbo, Head of the Unit for the Coordination of Italian Cultural Institutes, along with art historians and curators Giuseppe Garrera and Cecilia Canziani, who will explore the themes and perspectives of the publication.
The evening will continue with readings and performative interventions by some of the artists featured in the project.
