SILVIA CAMPORESI & MARTA ROBERTI | Identities Beyond Borders | Farnesina Collection | Italian Cultural Institute of Paris

curated by Benedetta Carpi De Resmini
z2o Sara Zanin is pleased to announce the participation of artists Silvia Camporesi and Marta Roberti in Identities Beyond Borders, curated by Benedetta Carpi De Resmini, exhibition project which brings together significant works of Italian art from the 1950s to the present. Launched by the Italian Foreign Ministry to mark the 25th anniversary of its Contemporary Art Collection, it promotes a major touring exhibition across Europe, from 19th June, 2025 to June 2026. Identities Beyond Borders explores the relationship between humans and nature, delving into the concepts of identity, conflict and coexistence in a world shaped by environmental crises, globalisation, and social transformation.

After Berlin, Vilnius, and Belgrade, it now arrives in Paris, in the spaces of the Hôtel de Galliffet. This stage marks an important expansion of the project: a city that symbolizes cultural debate and revolutionary tradition, offering a unique context in which the exhibition can engage in dialogue.

As in the previous venues, this exhibition also includes site-specific interventions designed to further explore the complex themes addressed. Marta Roberti presents, for the first time, works from the animated video Un’ape su un viso che piange (2025),.
